ANGAMALY: Angamaly Judicial First Class Magistrate Court on Tuesday deferred the verdict on actor Dileep’s complaint over the alleged leak of the charge sheet in the actress aduction case, to January 17.

In his petition, Dileep had alleged that the chargesheet was leaked out by the police. The petition alleged dubious intentions behind the act and also sought action against police officials who are responsible for it.

However, the police maintained that it was Dileep who leaked the chargesheet.

The details of the chargesheet were made public even before submitting it in the court. Apart from the chargesheet, some of the statements of noted people in the film industry too had come out.

This includes statements of Kavya Madhavan, Manju Warrier, Kunchacko Boban, Mukesh, Rimi Tomy and director Sreekumar Menon in the case.
